Consultation Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the highest quality service and dedicate our full attention to each client, CK Global Consultants operates on a strict appointment and payment policy. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your consultation.

Consultation Fee

  • Securing your appointment: A consultation appointment is only considered confirmed and secured upon receipt of full payment for the consultation fee.

  • 48-Hour advance payment requirement: Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Automatic cancellation: If payment is not received 48 hours in advance, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the time slot will be released to other clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. To avoid forfeiting your fee, please provide us with notice.

  • More than 24 hours notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Your consultation fee will be refunded in full or credited towards a future appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours notice/No show: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation (no-show), will result in the full forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15mins late may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings, or be required to reschedule, subject to the 24hr cancellation policy.

Emergency Consideration

CK Global Consultants understands that emergencies may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at management’s discretion in cases of medical emergencies and verified unforeseen circumstances.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

By proceeding with booking and payment for a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
