Our Consultation and Payment Policy

To ensure we can provide the highest quality service and dedicate our full attention to each client, CK Global Consultants operates on a strict appointment and payment policy. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your consultation.

Consultation Booking and Payment

• Securing your appointment: A consultation appointment is only considered confirmed and secured upon receipt of full payment for the consultation fee.

• 24-Hour advance payment requirement: Payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Automatic cancellation: If payment is not received 24 hours in advance, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the time slot will be released to other clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. To avoid forfeiting your fee, please provide us with notice.

• More than 24 hours notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Your consultation fee will be refunded in full or credited towards a future appointment.

• Less than 24 hours notice/No show: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation (no-show), will result in the full forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Deduction from Retainer Fee

We value your commitment. If you choose to retain our services for your immigration matter after your consultation, the consultation fee you have already paid will be deducted in full from the total retainer fee required to begin work on your case.

Payment Policy for other Services

For all services beyond the initial consultation (such as visa application assistance, and business support services), full payment is required prior to the commencement of any work. We will not begin processing anything until the agreed upon payment has been received in full.

Acknowledgement

By proceeding with booking and paying for a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this payment and cancellation policy.
